Blank Street, Inc. in New York is seeking a Shift Lead to bring our cafe mission to life on the floor. You’ll lead by example, ensure smooth operations during your shift, and create an environment where customers and team members feel valued.

You’ll train new staff on recipes and processes, open/close the store with checklists, resolve issues, and drive foot traffic and sales with a hands-on, hospitality-forward approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service leadership role.
• 18+ years old.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Full-Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days, must work 2 peak days (Fri, Sat, Sun).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with Form I-9 and E-Verify.

Responsabilités

• Craft beautiful coffee and matcha products.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to Blank Street customers.
• Train new employees on recipes and store processes.
• Open and close the store safely and with checklists.
• Handle and resolve customer issues that occur.
• Lead initiatives to increase foot traffic, daily sales, and profitability.
