Job summary

Eataly North America in Dallas is seeking a QSR Specialist to assist with the day-to-day operations of the QSR counters, reporting to the QSR General Manager and the QSR Assistant General Managers. You will provide service across all counters, maintaining hospitality standards and handling cash transactions.

You will set up stations, monitor FIFO, train and mentor teammates, monitor inventory, ensure allergy separation, and uphold health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree preferred.
• 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience in food service.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money accurately.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of coffee and coffee production.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and beverage preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides service across all QSR counters, ensuring the team consistently meets high standards of hospitality
• Sets ups stations and replenishes displays neatly including separation of allergens
• Ensures all items are dated and following First in First Out (FIFO) standards
• Manages transactions and ensures accurate accounting
• Prepares necessary collateral, weighs, labels, packages and serves products
• Supports, motivates, guides, educates and mentors team members
• Monitors inventory, checks orders and distributes supplies as needed throughout the department
• Ensures department complies with all quality, health, safety and sanitation standards
• Documents, investigates, resolve and escalates guest incidents
• Assists with administrative duties as needed
• Performs other duties as required or assigned
