Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage management, including leadership of a cafe or similar operation.
• Barista experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and ServSafe principles.

Responsibilities

• Run daily cafe operations and set a welcoming guest experience.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and supervise cafe staff and volunteers.
• Greet guests, handle the register, and fulfill orders efficiently.
• Manage inventory, ordering, budgeting, and menu planning.
