Seacoast Church seeks a servant-hearted leader to run daily café operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and create a warm guest experience aligned with Seacoast's mission and values. This full-time role reports to the Bookstore and Café Manager and involves managing inventory, budgeting, and seasonal menu development.
The ideal candidate has experience in food & beverage management, barista skills, and a strong commitment to hospitality.
