Job summary

Northview seeks a Capstone Café Manager to direct all ministry and business activities for the Capstone Café and Bookstore. Responsibilities include purchasing, staff orientation and training, customer service, and inventory control to create a welcoming environment for staff and the community.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Related experience would be in management within the food industry, preferably in a bookstore or coffee shop.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Capstone Café and Bookstore operations and staff.
