Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Lead to run a LifeCafe location, delivering high quality menu execution and outstanding member experiences. You will manage daily operations, drive results, and foster a strong service culture while developing a skilled team on the floor.

The role requires hands-on leadership, flexible scheduling, and a focus on guest satisfaction and financial accountability across front and back-of-house activities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary, business
• Experience with fast casual restaurant or full service operation
• ServSafe, Alcohol Safety Certification and CPR/AED within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Model execution, pace, food quality, and hospitality standards on the floor
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations and staffing
• Manage food and labor costs; monitor key metrics to hit financial goals
• Hire, train, and develop team; coach on the floor to sustain a positive culture
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment with hygiene standards
