Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a LifeCafe Lead to oversee daily LifeCafe operations, model top-tier hospitality, and drive financial and service performance.

You will lead a team on the floor, manage inventory, scheduling, and payroll, and ensure food quality and guest experiences meet LifeCafe standards. This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• 2 years of management and leadership experience or a college degree in culinary, business.
• Experience with fast casual restaurant or full service experience.
• ServSafe (or equivalent)
• Alcohol Safety Certification (where applicable)
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire
• Strong systems orientation and ability to follow through on operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Works in “The Zone” leading the team with execution, pace, food quality and hospitality standards.
• Oversees front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including inventory, scheduling, payroll, and adherence to LifeCafe policies.
• Manages food and labor costs, tracks performance metrics, and acts to meet financial goals.
• Hires, trains, and develops team members with coaching on the floor.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and compliant environment with food safety and security standards.
