Responsibilities

• Motivate and develop team toward operational excellence.
• Ensure guest satisfaction during every visit.
• Manage daily paperwork, sales reports and unit profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times.
• Create and manage staffing schedules based on sales data.
• Discipline staff when needed and enforce brand standards.
• Oversee HR functions at the unit level (hiring, payroll data).
• Train staff on POS systems and front/back of house operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
