FreeRange Concepts seeks an experienced Assistant General Manager for The Rustic in the Dallas area. You will lead front- and back-of-house operations, drive revenue and guest satisfaction, and mentor staff to deliver remarkable memories for guests and the team.

You will manage budgets, forecast needs, and uphold the company values of Fun, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion, Innovation and Integrity while supporting growth across FreeRange brands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of management experience in hospitality
• Experience leading front- and back-of-house teams
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and labor management

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Front of House and Back of House operations
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure a remarkable guest experience
• Oversee product quality, vendor relationships, and recipe adherence
• Forecast business needs and manage budgets to control costs
• Train and develop new leaders and team members
