Qualifications

• Age 18 years+ and must pass a drug test.
• Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours daily.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs (and occasionally up to 55 lbs).
• Must be able to climb ladders and step stools.
• Willingness to work varied shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality, delicious food following local and brand food safety procedures.
• Greet guests with a smile and a verbal greeting and serve them promptly.
• Operate grill and cooking equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read tickets and prepare each item using approved abbreviations.
• Stock and prep the unit for the next shift.
• Keep work station, dining area, and kitchen clean at all times.
• Follow all restaurant policies on safety and cash handling.
• Report safety concerns to the manager immediately.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service.
