Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Previous Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food production and restaurant operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Lead, motivate, and develop front and back-of-house team members
• Ensure a high standard of guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
