Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members through feedback, training and performance management.
• Oversee daily café operations with a focus on hospitality standards and product knowledge.
• Manage scheduling, labor planning, and store financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operating procedures.
• Drive guest experience and maintain Alfred brand standards.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop staff in partnership with leadership.
