Job summary

ALFRED in Calabasas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Cafe Manager and lead daily cafe operations, including scheduling, training, inventory, and shift execution. This role focuses on hospitality, accountability, and teamwork within a fast-paced cafe environment.

You will drive exceptional customer experiences, ensure safety and cleanliness, manage cash and POS tasks, and support promotions to grow store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous cafe, coffee, or restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and working in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
