7 Leaves Cafe in California is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive store results. You will partner with the District Manager to uphold standards, mentor staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and safety, and grow your leadership career within a rapidly expanding cafe brand.

This is a full-time, onsite role with base pay starting at $26.00/hour plus quarterly store performance bonuses, plus comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail/restaurant/hospitality or customer service.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team to achieve goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
