Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Assistant Café Leader to support the Café Leader in delivering guest experiences, leading daily operations, and building a high-performing team.

You will coach team members, uphold food safety and brand standards, and help manage labor, costs, and inventory in a fast-paced café environment. Qualifications include 1–2 years of leadership in a fast-casual setting, ServSafe and CPR/AED certifications, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in a fast-casual or café setting.
• ServSafe Manager, ServSafe Alcohol (if applicable), and CPR/AED certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day café operations with focus on hospitality and standards.
• Coach and motivate team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and overall financial performance.
• Support hiring, onboarding and development of staff.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and Life Time brand standards.
