Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of all background screenings.

Aufgaben

• Craft Joe Muggs Beverages following quality standards.
• Daily use of the Cafe Communication Binder.
• Submit Weekly Inventory Sheet to District Manager.
• Place café supply orders based on inventory.
• Assist Managers with barista training and development.
• Encourage performance goals and customer service in café and bookstore.
• Oversee preventative maintenance tasks for the week.
• Promote company initiatives when serving customers.
• Provide top-tier customer service to each guest.
• Maintain cafe conditions to company standards, keep clean work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
