Responsibilities

• Lead and coach café team to maintain high standards of drink making, food prep, and service.
• Coach baristas in visual merchandising, inventory, FIFO, and display presentation.
• Improve register speed and customer conversations; ensure accuracy.
• Receive and unpack deliveries, stock the café, and support the bookfloor team.
• Promote store safety, loss prevention, and handling of challenging situations.
