Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking an experienced Café Manager in Utah to drive profitability and lead a guest-focused team. You will oversee operations, maintain standards, and implement marketing initiatives to grow local sales.

A positive, energetic leadership style is essential for success in a fast-paced environment. The role requires at least 3 years of restaurant management, strong cost and labor control skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in restaurant or fast-casual field.
• Open availability.
• Experience recruiting, hiring and developing employees.
• Experience in growing sales and providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in front and back of house.
• Must have a proven track record of managing cost of goods and labor.
• Strong skills in understanding P&L reports and budgets.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Servsafe® Certification preferred.

As the brand ambassador, the Café Manager is responsible for driving profitability
through the P&L, while developing a crew that serves customers with unparalleled

CAFÉ MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
