• Address guest concerns professionally and take action to improve the overall café experience.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and inventory levels to keep operations running smoothly.
• Lead by example by stepping into any café position when needed.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven General Manager to lead our Tropical Smoothie Café team. The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the café, including daily operations, team leadership, guest satisfaction, sales growth, food quality, cleanliness, and profitability.
