Qualifications

• Proven experience as a District Manager or Area Director.
• Active management of at least 6 restaurants in the NJ or NYC metro area.
• Background in full-service and fast-casual dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage full operational accountability across 6–8 café locations.
• Oversee labor, COGS, and controllables focusing on unit-level variance.
• Hire, develop, and retain General Managers and shift leads.
• Ensure service standards, food quality, and brand execution are upheld.
• Lead pre-opening team training and store launches.
• Provide direct updates to senior leadership on district health.
