Job summary

7Brew Coffee is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple stands within a defined district. The role emphasizes operational excellence, profitability, and team development while preserving the brand culture.

You will coach Stand Managers, ensure KPI targets, and serve as a liaison between frontline operations and regional leadership. Travel between stand locations is frequent, with up to 80% travel, and the position requires strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role, preferably in high-volume drive-thru, retail, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently between stand locations.
• Valid Serv Safe Certificate or ability to attain one within 3 months of employment.
• Proficiency in data and reporting tools to monitor KPI, labor, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across multiple stand locations within a defined district.
• Coach and develop Stand Managers on performance, execution, and leadership.
• Ensure adherence to safety, maintenance schedules, and government regulations.
• Manage KPI performance: staffing, labor cost controls, guest experience, inventory, and profitability.
• Maintain alignment with brand standards and Brew Horizons/7 Brew culture.
• Communicate effectively with regional leadership and field teams.
