You will supervise associates, support hiring and training, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure proper food safety and inventory controls while collaborating with store management and vendors.

• Strong communication and team coaching skills.
• Flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.

• Maintain calm, consistent operations during high-volume periods
• Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage
• Support department sales, budgeting, and expense management
• Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partners
• Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities
