You will hire, train, and coach associates, maintain food safety and quality, manage inventory and scheduling, and coordinate with store teams to deliver a welcoming experience for customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service and operational consistency
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of Starbucks associates
• Maintain a customer-first environment and respond to service needs and concerns appropriately
• Coordinate daily activities and responsibilities to support smooth workflow and service levels
• Maintain calm, consistent operations during high-volume periods
• Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage
• Support department sales, budgeting, and expense management; maintain communication with vendors and store teams
• Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities
