Albertsons Companies is seeking a Starbucks Department Manager to lead daily department operations, uphold customer service, product quality, and Starbucks standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will support hiring, training, and coaching of associates, ensure food safety and sanitation compliance, manage inventory and vendor communications, and contribute to sales and expense management while maintaining a positive workplace for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in department management or supervisory role in food service
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations, ensuring strong customer service and operational consistency
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of Starbucks associates
• Maintain a customer-first environment and respond to service needs and concerns appropriately
• Coordinate daily activities and responsibilities to support smooth workflow and service levels
• Maintain calm, consistent operations during high-volume periods
• Execute company and Starbucks programs, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage
• Support department sales, budgeting, and expense management
• Maintain accurate communication with vendors, store management teams, and community partners
• Complete required reporting and administrative responsibilities
