• Make the Magic – craft coffee, Refreshers, and food (training provided).
• Balance speed and quality, especially during busy times.
• Connect with guests and teammates.
• Keep a clean, welcoming space for everyone.
• Greet guests with a smile and provide friendly service.
• Handle orders, totals, payments, and cash register duties accurately.
