Grandview Yard Crossings Cafe is seeking a Cafe Supervisor in Columbus, OH to support day-to-day operations of front-of-house dining and catering services, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will supervise cafe and catering staff, maintain food service quality, and uphold health and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing setup and cleanliness, training on the menu and dietary needs, coordinating catering for corporate events, and ensuring HACCP compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising front-of-house staff.
• Experience coordinating catering for events.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP.

Responsabilités

• Supervise front-of-house staff to ensure efficient dining operations and excellent customer service.
• Oversee dining area setup, cleanliness, and seating in line with standards.
• Train staff on menu, dietary options, allergies, and service protocols.
• Coordinate catering for corporate events, including delivery, setup, and cleanup.
• Ensure staff are trained in presentation, etiquette, and food safety standards.
• Assist in hiring, training, and performance management of front-of-house and catering staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings to review goals and ensure adequate staffing.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate unresolved issues when needed.
• Ensure health regulations compliance and HACCP guidelines; oversee cleaning of front-of-house areas.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with GM for orders to avoid disruptions.
• Support planning for large events and ensure on-time delivery of orders.
