Life Protect 24/7 is seeking a full-time Bistro team member to enhance hospitality and employee experience in our on-site Café Bistro. You will greet customers, accurately ring orders, and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking stations, cleaning and sanitizing work areas, supporting teammates, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards while resolving guest issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in the food service industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for customers.
• Accurately ring food orders in a timely manner.
• Handle all credit/debit card transactions and payroll deductions.
• Ensure condiment and utensil stations are stocked and accessible.
• Clean and arrange dining, serving, and kitchen areas.
• Resolve customer complaints with leadership support when needed.
• Maintain food safety and sanitize work areas.
• Assist team members with food preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
