Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a hospitality team member for the Bistro to assist guests efficiently and courteously while promoting the Bistro. You will take orders, prepare and deliver food and beverages, and ensure adherence to health regulations and White Lodging standards to guarantee guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling the POS, up-selling, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with inventory, and supporting banquet setups as needed.

Qualifications

• Certification quiz/test is required.
• Thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Complete Chemical Training and Bloodborne Pathogen Training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with courteous service.
• Take, enter, prepare and deliver guest orders accurately.
• Prepare food and beverages following recipes and standards.
• Operate the POS and handle cash procedures.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of the Bistro, kitchen and dish room.
• Assist in inventory and paperwork as needed.
• Support banquet set-up, maintenance and service as required.
