• Serve food and beverages in a courteous, professional manner; ensure orders meet bistro standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations; reset tables.
• Process payments accurately and deliver checks; handle transactions per procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure timely, accurate food delivery.
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation regulations and bistro policies.
• Assist with setup/closure and restock supplies; report issues to supervisor.
