LQ Resorts is seeking a Cafe Bar Manager to lead our new Cafe Golf outlet. This fast-paced role focuses on smooth service delivery of food and drinks to golfers, visitors and guests, with a strong emphasis on customer care and team leadership.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Golf team to ensure exceptional service standards, coaching staff and maintaining quality throughout the guest experience.

Formación

• Experience managing cafe or restaurant service teams.

• Able to liaise across departments to deliver guest experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cafe planning and service delivery.
• Maintain high service standards by the team.
• Ensure quality of beverages and food presentation.
• Recruit and develop a strong team.
• Train staff and support succession planning.
• Induct new staff into culture and values.
• Collaborate with Head Chef and Golf team for service.
• Oversee staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to prep for guests.
• Develop barista knowledge of coffees.
• Contribute to staff development.
