Qualifications

• 2+ years in bar or café management, preferably in a club or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of bartending, espresso drinks, and food service operations.
• California Food Handler's Certification and RBS certification.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a customer-facing team.
• Experience with POS, inventory, and basic financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Flexible weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Café,Bar/ Manager/ cook to lead our food and beverage operations. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from open to close
• Cook in our café or for small events
• Manage, schedule, and train front-of-house staff including bartenders, servers, and café attendants
• Monitor and maintain inventory, placing orders for food, beverages, and bar supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with California ABC regulations, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service
• Develop and update café and bar menus, pricing, and daily specials to drive revenue
• Handle cash management, POS systems, and end-of-day reporting
• Coordinate food and beverage service for club events, tournaments, and private functions

Requirements:
