Hiddenvalley Golf Club LLC in Norco, CA is seeking an energetic Café/Bar Manager to lead our food and beverage operations at a welcoming golf club. This role combines hospitality expertise with guest-focused service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily café and bar operations from open to close, cook for events, train front-of-house staff, manage inventory, ensure compliance with California ABC, develop menus, handle cash and POS, and coordinate service for events.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a bar or café management role, preferably in a club or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of bartending, espresso drinks, and food service operations.
• Valid California Food Handler's Certification and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certification.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily café and bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from open to close
• Cook in our café or for small events
• Manage, schedule, and train front-of-house staff including bartenders, servers, and café attendants
• Monitor and maintain inventory, placing orders for food, beverages, and bar supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with California ABC regulations, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service
• Develop and update café and bar menus, pricing, and daily specials to drive revenue
• Handle cash management, POS systems, and end-of-day reporting
• Coordinate food and beverage service for club events, tournaments, and private functions
