Qualifications

• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• TABC or applicable state certification required where applicable.
• Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food/beverage prep, wine, beer, spirits, and responsible service.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience handling cash, cards, and POS transactions.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with bar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Take orders, provide menu recommendations, and deliver items promptly.
• Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages per recipes.
• Verify age/ID before serving alcohol and promote responsible consumption.
• Process payments using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, dining, and service areas.
• Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for timely service.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
• Support events, tournaments, or special occasions as assigned.
