Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.
• TABC or applicable state alcohol service certification required.
• Hospitality or serving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food/beverage preparation and responsible service.
• Excellent guest service, communication, and multitasking in fast-paced settings.
• Experience handling cash, cards, and POS systems.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to operate bar/restaurant equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and members with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations.
• Prepare, mix, garnish, and serve beverages per recipes and standards.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Verify guest age and ID before serving alcohol.
• Monitor guests and promote responsible consumption.
• Process cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately.
• Maintain bar, dining, and service areas clean and sanitary.
• Restock beverages, garnishes, glassware, and service supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and team to ensure timely service.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
• Support banquet, tournament, or special event operations.
• Perform opening, closing, side work, and other duties as assigned.
