Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of daily store operations and drink quality standards.
• Ability to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and adapt as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable with initiative and strong brand understanding.
• Completed required training modules and aligned with brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment focused on guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate clearly with GM, store owners, and team members.
• Handle administrative duties such as inventory ordering, deposits, and invoicing.
• Support health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step in as leadership during GM absences and act as a on-shift decision-maker.
