Qualifications

• 3–6 months leadership experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or café.
• Strong knowledge of daily store operations and drink quality.
• Ability to lead by example and adapt to roles as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and initiative.
• Completion of required training and understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and daily operations.
• Support onboarding, training, and team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment focused on guest experience.
• Communicate with GM, store owners, and team members.
• Handle administrative duties including inventory orders, deposits, and invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and act as on-shift decision-maker.
