Job summary

Cadence is seeking a Sales Executive focused on the North America region, ideally based in Metro-Detroit. You will leverage your CAE product knowledge and strong relationship skills to grow Cadence solutions across accounts and new business opportunities.

You will work with the field technical team to demonstrate value and lead pre-sales campaigns, culminating in contract closures with key stakeholders across levels of customer organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Sales/Sales Management experience selling CAE products and services.
• MS or BS Degree in a technical discipline or business field.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing growth accounts, identify opportunities and drive sales.
• Identify and qualify opportunities at new accounts.
• Establish relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.
• Demonstrate solutions with field technical team.
• Deliver presentations with technical and economic value propositions.
• Direct successful pre-sales campaigns with Cadence staff and customers.
• Structure, negotiate, and close CAE product contracts.
