Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an Intelligent Modeling Coordinator to join our transit and multimodal project teams in the United States. You will coordinate models across architecture, structures, transportation, roadway design, and MEP to create federated, clash‑checked deliverables using Navisworks and Autodesk tools.

You will establish and enforce CADD/BIM standards, mentor staff across offices, and support design teams through the project lifecycle, ensuring quality and interoperability with Bentley

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with vocational technical training in basic CADD drafting technology and intelligent modeling.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Cross-discipline coordination across architecture, linear structures, transportation structures, roadway design, and MEP.
• Model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Establishes and enforces CADD/BIM standards and workflows across offices.
• Mentors production staff and provides design sketches for deliverables.
• Interfaces with clients, agencies, and subconsultants on model deliverable requirements.
