Qualifikationen

• Current CADC-II credential in good standing and recognized in Georgia, or eligibility consistent with agency hiring policy and credentialing standards.
• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or other education meeting CADC-II credentialing requirements preferred or required based on pathway.
• Documented substance use disorder education, supervised clinical experience, and examination requirements consistent with CADC-II credentialing standards.
• Experience with adults with substance use disorders, co-occurring needs, relapse risk, withdrawal-stabilization needs, and recovery-planning needs preferred.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and ASAM-informed level-of-care reviews.
• Develop, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans and relapse-prevention plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling for adults and families with SUDs.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-oriented groups including 12-Step models.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and families to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
