Qualifications

• 2-5 years of survey experience.
• CADD experience required.
• Trimble Business Center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Team-focused and adaptable to changing project needs.

Responsibilities

• Process field notes and data; interact with survey crews.
• Create survey plats, sketches, and exhibits for builder services.
• Create Survey Control Data Sheets, Index Sheets, and control sheets.
• Compute data points for construction layout.
• Understand Florida standards of practice for survey requirements.
• Write and check metes and bounds descriptions.
