The position requires experience in CAD, Trimble software, and strong communication within a team. Office-based or field collaboration is common across our offices in Florida.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum high school or technical school training with CAD courses or equivalent experience.
• Strong CAD skills and ability to draft for survey projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and written communication.

Aufgaben

• Process field notes and analyze data from survey crews.
• Create survey plats, sketches, and exhibits for builder services.
• Produce Survey Control Data Sheets and Index Sheets; compute construction layout data.
• Write and verify metes and bounds descriptions.
