Qualifications

• 5-10 years of survey experience.
• CADD experience is required.
• Trimble Business Center experience preferred.
• Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication skills both oral and written.
• Ability to work well in a team-focused environment.
• Must be flexible to changes in work assignments on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Process field notes and data; interact with survey crews.
• Create survey plats, sketches, and exhibits.
• Create Survey Control Data Sheets, Survey Control Index Sheets, and Control Sheets.
• Compute data points for construction layout.
• Understand Florida standards of practice for surveys.
• Write/check Metes & Bounds Descriptions.
