Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. is seeking a field-based Rare Disease Account Manager (RDAM) to own promotional relationships and drive sales within an assigned US geography focused on CAD. You will deploy strategies, build provider relationships, and grow market share while complying with regulatory standards.

The role demands 5–9 years in rare diseases sales, cross-functional collaboration, and a patient-centered approach. Travel up to 50% and a strong record of exceeding targets are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–9 years of sales success in Rare Diseases, Hematology or biotechnology.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy model and patient services hub is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop CAD knowledge and product portfolio; monitor market trends.
• Develop territory strategies to build awareness and identify patients.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Prioritize time and resources to ensure provider visibility.
• Manage budget to support sales and marketing activity.
• Represent Recordati Rare Diseases at industry events with high ethical standards.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to meet patient needs.
• Stay up to date on therapeutic developments and market trends.
• Maintain compliance with FDA and OIG guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
