Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a CAD Manager to lead a team of CAD technicians across multiple offices, including Plano, TX. The role focuses on SUE and utility mapping deliverables in AutoCAD Civil 3D for DOT, land development, renewable energy, and public utilities.

You will assign workloads, train and mentor staff, oversee QA/QC, and drive standards, templates, and automation (LISP, Dynamo) to improve speed and consistency.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years CAD drafting experience on SUE, utility mapping, and survey.
• 3+ years leading or managing a team of CAD technicians.
• Proven ability to delegate work, manage workload, and meet deadlines.
• Experience training CAD staff of varying levels.
• Advanced proficiency in Civil 3D, including surfaces and templates.
