Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of CAD drafting experience on SUE, utility mapping, and related projects.
• 3+ years leading, supervising, or managing a CAD team.

• Manage a team of CAD technicians, assigning, delegating, and prioritizing work across multiple projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Train and mentor CAD staff on Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, ArcGIS, CAD standards, and SUE deliverable requirements.
• Develop training programs, onboarding plans, and reference materials for CAD staff.
• Provide performance feedback and participate in staffing decisions.
• Forecast workload and coordinate with project managers.
