Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a CAD Drafter to support mechanical design and configuration management. You will maintain complex assemblies, manage derivative configurations, and ensure BOM alignment with the configuration management board.

Collaborate daily with design engineering, performance engineering, and sourcing to translate design intent into production-ready drawings and to keep components on schedule for production.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD in Siemens NX and working knowledge of Teamcenter.
• Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances (ASME Y14.5).
• U.S. Person status required due to export-controlled data access.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complex assemblies and derivative configurations.
• Conduct interference studies prior to release of assemblies.
• Update drawings based on direction from design and performance engineers.
• Place new components in assemblies.
• Update engineering BOM based on CM board decisions.
• Coordinate cut-in dates of new components and assemblies with sourcing and design teams.
