Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a CAD Drafter to support mechanical design and configuration management. You will maintain complex assemblies, conduct interference studies, update drawings, place components, and keep the BOM aligned with CM decisions.

The role requires NX/Teamcenter experience, strong GD&T skills, and sharp attention to detail to ensure release-ready designs for production in a defense tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with CAD in Siemens NX and Teamcenter required.
• Proficient in mechanical drawings and GD&T (ASME Y14.5).
• Excellent mechanical intuition and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complex assemblies and derivative configurations.
• Conduct interference studies prior to release.
• Update drawings based on direction from design and performance engineers.
• Place new components in assemblies and update BOMs.
• Coordinate cut-in dates with sourcing and CM on new components.
• Ensure design intent is captured for production readiness.
