Meijer Inc. in Michigan is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to own layout drawings, equipment lists, and design outputs in line with our CAD/BIM standards. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate integration of fixtures and equipment within project designs.

The role requires 2–5 years of CAD/BIM experience (Revit) and a solid understanding of building codes. We offer a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k) and education assistance.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in design or drafting.
• 2–5 years of CAD/BIM experience, including Revit.
• Proficient CAD/BIM drafting/modeling skills.
• Working knowledge of CAD drawing file structures, standards, cell/family placement, and project modeling.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work in a schedule-driven environment.
• Understanding of applicable building codes.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the production of layout drawings, equipment lists, prototype layouts, and design outputs ensuring accuracy and adherence to Meijer CAD/BIM standards.

What You Bring with You (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree or equivalent design and drafting experience
• 2-5 years of experience in CAD/BIM including Revit
• Proficient CAD/BIM drafting/modeling skills
• Working knowledge of CAD drawing file structures, standards, cell/family placement, and project modeling.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work in a schedule driven environment
• Understanding of applicable building codes

The pay range for this position is listed below. $55,750.00 - $88,250.00 This pay range represents the minimum and maximum base pay for the position, which is determined by factors such as market data, the qualifications required, the level of responsibilities associated with the role and other roles at this same level. Your specific pay rate within this range will be based on your experience, qualifications, and skills compared to the internal team you’ll be joining.
