Job summary

Prysmian Group in Claremont, NC is seeking a Production Line Operator to run equipment and produce quality cables safely and efficiently. You will perform setups, monitor product quality, load/unload material, and log traceability data in a high-performing team.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays. Training for forklift operation may be provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematic skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and percentages.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedures.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment to produce quality product safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload equipment and perform basic setup per procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and log required traceability data.
• Identify safety hazards and follow policies to promote zero-incident goals.
• Participate in cross-training and coordinate with team members as needed.
