The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 5+ years of manufacturing experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include leading a team, conducting training, and ensuring effective communication within shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
• Must complete OJT for specific job classification, as needed.
• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one of four rotating 12-hour shifts in a cable manufacturing plant.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Drive the continuous improvement culture in the team.
